Productive, engaging and rewarding – My time working at Enhanced within children’s services has been very rewarding and formative and I have learned so much as well as given the chance to further/progress my skills with the opportunity to gain new qualifications through training courses within my department. When I first joined I was welcomed and made part of the team immediately and every member of staff are approachable including management. I really enjoy being part of the Enhanced team and look forward to progressing in my role further to make an impact within the company.

Exciting and Fun – I enjoyed my time at enhanced care, always busy so the day went quick , good breaks , learnt a lot in my time there , would go back tomorrow if possible , good management , totally enjoyable job , one the better rate of pay companies
