Enhanced Care
It has always been essential for us at Enhanced Care North East to provide a different kind of residential, dementia and nursing care for elderly residents and specialist care services for children. Our care services are located in Newcastle, Gateshead, Durham and Teesside in the North East of England. Our accommodation is where our residents feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. We always offer this service at the Local Authority recommended fee level, and we guarantee that we will not charge more than this level or top-up fees
Enhanced Care was founded in 1983 by Gary Lewis and is now managed by a further two generations of his family.
Our staff are at the heart of Enhanced Care North East. Accordingly, we only appoint experienced professionals. Staff who enjoy caring for young and older people as if they are looking after their own children and family. Enhanced Care has continuous, comprehensive training and assessment programmes which always monitor feedback from our residents and their families. We have specialists in daily care for older people and nursing and dementia care.
Our children and young people professionals specialise in autism, autistic behaviour, learning difficulties and emotional, psychological, behavioural and social needs.
Looking to the Future
Enhanced Care is continually developing and improving all aspects of our services. Including, for instance, the maintenance and technology of our facilities, employee development and the latest in therapeutic, nursing, dementia and medical care.
