I have found the staff from cleaners, carers, seniors, reception and manager to be very supportive, caring and helpful to my mam and myself.
They treat all residents with respect and try very hard to maintain their dignity at all times, I have found the staff have kept me informed of any issues regarding the health of my mam, calling nursing care, doctor or district nurses and ambulance when advised to do so.
The staff are regularly scanning and reading my mam\’s blood sugars, relaying results to district nurses, they then react quickly to try keep Mam\’s readings at a safe level for her.
I have always found her room clean and a problem with her room light was quickly resolved.
